Nadia Laediss

  Nadia is an avid individual with a positive perspective of life and a bright personality. Recently engaged to one of the greatest men on Earth, Nadia enjoys her life as a professional and a mother of two beautiful girls, 12 and 3 years of age respectively who are her pride and joy. She is also a proud member of Trinity Lutheran Church since July 2016.    Nadia is always looking for ways to improve herself and recently registered for multiple online courses and local seminars. At the same time, she is looking into leadership courses and working with a mentor. Nadia excels and is proud of her bilingual customer service, computer systems, administrative and time management skills and is enjoying her role as the Office Manager of Pierson Construction, Inc., a local construction company in Columbia, MO. She has over 10 years of experience fulfilled with only positive feedback about her performance.    During her experience with The Outsource Group, Nadia successfully managed the Spanish inventory of accounts at the Columbia, MO office for Centura Health and Medicredit Inc (for their Bad Debt department) as well as the Centura Patient Account related with the Early Out department.   Her position with the Family Health Center of Columbia was short but very fulfilling and rewarding for her since as a language interpreter, she had to accompany patients while in difficult, decision-making medical situations between others. Since she is at heart,  a compassionate woman that looks to serve others all the time, this was a great opportunity to do that.    Nadia's knowledge of computer systems is always up to date. She takes small online webinars from time to time besides doing research on new procedures and software updates whenever she has the chance and/or when is needed to make her job easier. She is also licensed to teach English as a Second Language, obtained a technical degree in Computer Systems, and holds a college degree as a CIDESCO traineé aesthetician.
